  One of two gas tanks made out of fiberglass and polyvinyl ester resin (immune to gas and alcohol)  (Aug 2004)



   First drive of Cord.  Grill and front bumpers removed just in case of a malfunction.  (Aug 2004)



   Added steel reinforcement to inside of hood to eliminate deflection from hood springs.  (Sept 2004)



   Fabricated heater ducts, kick panels and internal fender gravel shields.   (Oct 2004)



   Fiberglassed outside of panel.  (Nov 2004)



   Inside door panels made from foam.  (Nov 2004)
